The contract of sale is one of the binding contracts for both sides, as this contract generates obligations for each of the two parties involved, namely the seller and the buyer. These are the steps for writing the contract securely. 

What are the most important steps that you should pay attention to when signing a property purchase contract in Turkey? 

Ensuring that the signature takes place in a legal department: Never compromise on this matter. You must always make sure to sign a property purchase contract in Turkey within an organized legal department for which the Turkish government is responsible in order to ensure that there is no possibility of fraud and illegal robbery of your money. Beware of accepting to sign the contract in a place outside the departments of the state or outside a real estate company, for example, because this puts you and your money at great risk. Care should be taken to mention all the information in the purchase contract: When you reach this stage, you should not neglect to mention any information, whether small or large, in the contract, because this issue will protect you greatly in the coming days. First of all, you must mention all the details that relate to you, i.e. your name, phone number, the profession you occupy, and most important of all, the price of the property that you paid. Was the full amount paid in one payment or did you pay it in partial payments and if you paid it in intermittent payments in each payment? How much was the amount. Also, all information related to the seller must be mentioned, as happened with the buyer, and the price that the seller received for his sold property must be mentioned with utmost accuracy. Finally, it is necessary to mention all the information related to the property, whether internally or externally, without omitting any of its details so that this deficiency does not cause problems for you.

Make sure you have a successful lawyer by your side: You will always find this advice given to you when deciding to buy Turkish property. When you reach the stage of signing contracts, be careful not to take any step without a successful lawyer at your side who knows how to speak Turkish fluently. And the task of this lawyer in this project is that he will be keen that all your affairs go as they should, so he organizes the papers, authenticates them, examines the information contained in them, and the sort of things about which you will not understand anything. It is true that this lawyer will not work in your favor in a charitable way, but the fees he will charge are only a small part of the money that you are likely to lose if it were not for his presence in the whole thing.

You should make sure to open a bank account: The purchase contract will not be within the safe zone unless you comply with all the procedures required of you. Among those procedures, you have to have a bank account in one of Turkey's banks; The matter of opening this account is very easy, as all paths are provided. And you should know that this is not only good for the property, but it is excellent for what comes after that as well because it will make it easier for you a lot. 

Stay away from the real estate that is hovering around problems: If the property you intend to acquire is suspicious or has some red lines around it, we advise you to try to stay away from it as much as possible because it will only bring you trouble. This property is represented by placing a mortgage or seizure and so on from many other cases. In all actions, caution must be your ally.
