Finally, that is, in the fifth region, the Uskudar region with an increase of about seventy-five percent, 75% if we compare it with previous years. 


What is the real estate situation in terms of prices for the year 2021?

And the fourth place was in the Sile region, where real estate prices increased by 9% than they were previously, and the price per square meter in it amounted to 5.5 thousand Turkish liras. 

What is the status of rental prices in Turkey? 

Also, real estate rents in Turkey have a special situation, which rises sometimes and decreases at other times. There are many studies conducted on this subject by competent authorities, as there are also some areas where real estate prices have increased in a different way and different from other areas. In general, it becomes clear to us that rent prices in Istanbul in general have increased by ten percent. 

What are the areas that topped the increase in rent prices in Istanbul? 

In this matter, we have the city of Bagcilar, as it ranked first, with an increase of nearly 12%, and the price of one square meter is 28 Turkish lira per month. And if you wonder about the second place, you will find the Gazi Osman Pasha area, the increase in it was about 11%, and the average rent price per square meter is about twenty Turkish liras. As for the third place, we had the Sultan Eyup region, where it witnessed 10% and the average rent price per square meter is about 32 Turkish lira per month. And all these increases are considered high if we compare them with previous years. 

Have all areas of Istanbul recorded an increase in the price of rents? 

It is certain that not all areas in Istanbul have recorded an increase in rental prices. Just as there is an increase in rent prices in some areas, there are also some other areas that have recorded a decrease, such as Zeytinburnu, Sariyer, Kucukcekmece, Sultanbeyli and Çekmeceköy.
