Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance will build more than 100,000 apartments and will be distributed to low-income citizens according to convenient installment plans
All apartments will be model (2 rooms + lounge) and (3 rooms + lounge).

Subscription terms for these apartments:

The applicant's monthly income should not exceed more than 5,500 Turkish liras per month across Turkey or 6,000 TL in Istanbul.

To be a Turkish citizen.

Must be registered in the province that wants to subscribe to it or have stayed at least one year.

The applicant, his wife or any of those under his jurisdiction shall not be the owner of any title to agricultural land, garden, orchard, commercial property or cottage.

The applicant must be at least 25 years old.
Payment method:
A down payment will be 10% of the value of the apartment and the rest of the amount will be installments for 240 months.
Monthly installments will be TRY 800 per month for apartments 2+1, and TRY 1000 per month for 3+1 apartments.
